Welcome to Bay Meadows, 98 North Main Street in Kilmarnock VA.
FROM WASHINGTON, DC 1. From Washington DC, head south on I-395 & I-95 toward Richmond for about 30 miles to Fredericksburg EXIT 126
2. Exit right at 126B in Fredericksburg on to Routes 1&17 South. (Disregard the Massaponax Outlet Factory on your right; your object is Kilmarnock, not shopping here).
3. Go about a mile then turn left at the light with Route 17 South toward Tappahannock.
4. Continue on Route 17 South for about 50 miles to the second stop light in Tappahanoock. (If you need gas, the Texaco at the light often has an area low price)
5. Turn left at the light on to Route 360 East to Warsaw and head for the Downing Bridge over the Rappahannock River. (Enjoy the vast expanse of the river here.)
6. Stay on Route 360 East as it curves to the right through Warsaw until you get to the stoplight and intersection with Route 3. (Seven-Eleven store is on the corner)
7. Turn right on to Route 3 and head for Kilmarnock, about 30 miles ahead.
8. Bay Meadows is on the left side, at 98 North Main Street, so continue into town on Route 3 past the Wal-Mart, past Steve's Ice Cream stand, and past the Post Office.
9. When you pass the Post Office, you are almost to Bay Meadows which is just around the curve about a quarter mile on your left.

FROM ROUTE 301 (MARYLAND) 1. Take Route 301 South to Route 17 South at Port Royal, Virginia.
2. Turn Left at the stoplight and Follow Route 17 South to the second stoplight in Tappahannock.
3. Follow the Washington DC directions above starting at step #5 which has you turning left on Route 360 East headed for the Downing Bridge.

FROM RICHMOND 1. Follow 360 East to Tappahannock where Route 360 joins Route 17 through town.
2. Follow Route 17/360 into Tappahannock, across the bridge into Old Town and continue for about a mile until you come to the stoplight where Routes 17 and 360 split. (Look for the TEXACO Station on the left corner of the intersection).
3. Turn Right at traffic signal for Route 360 East to go over the Downing Bridge.
4. Follow the Washington DC directions above starting at step #5 which has you turning left on Route 360 East headed for the Downing Bridge.

FROM VIRGINIA BEACH 1. Follow Route 64 West to Route 17 North towards Yorktown.
2, Follow 17 North to Saluda. Exit Rigth from Route 17 into Saluda. Continue to the traffic light and intersection with Route 33.
3. Turn Right at the stop light, and head for Deltaville on Route 33. The road will open to 4 lanes.
4. Watch for the signs for White Stone and Kilmarnock at the traffic light on Route 33.
5. Turn Left on Route 3 toward White Stone and Kilmarnock. (Watch out for low flying planes landing and taking off from the Hummel Field in Topping.)
6. Stay on Route 3 across the Norris Bridge over the Rappahannock River into White Stone. (The Norris Bridge is about 2.5 miles long and has a breath taking view of the Rappahannock River.)
7. Continue on Route 3 through White Stone for about 4 miles to Kilmarnock.
8. Bay Meadows is on the far side of Kilmarnock's "Steptoe" business district, on the right side of North Main Street about 4 blocks past the second traffic light (at Church Street).
